I have emailled and left a message with our association in the Vienne. I have also looked through the magazine "Etcetera " and can only find one lady who mentions Montmorillion (86), I have left a message on her phone. So hopefully I will have some news for you later.

I received this lateste statement from the government regarding health care in France on 22nd February 2019. It pretty much says that same as Penny.
