She should speak to her Doctor. He/she will give her a prescription for this and another for a nurse to administer the injection. Or has your Aunt a dedicated cancer nurse who could arrange this.

As far as I am aware you keep all your receipts/payments for medical treatment/medicine until you get your attestation. Then you are able to claim back from CPAM. Perhaps your client could telephone the english speaking helpline CPAM 0811 36 36 46 (but this call is charged at an average cost of 6 eu...

Last year I had cause to make a formal complaint to a hospital in the UK, for lack of candour to my family. It took over 5 months to resolve and to get an apology. So I am impressed with the system here in France for the same.
