I have not come across this question before, but if it was me I would speak to my consultant who performed the operation and ask him/her for my notes and follow up treatment. Post op treatment may not be the same in the UK as here. Plus a letter to my GP.

She should speak to her Doctor. He/she will give her a prescription for this and another for a nurse to administer the injection. Or has your Aunt a dedicated cancer nurse who could arrange this.

As far as I am aware you keep all your receipts/payments for medical treatment/medicine until you get your attestation. Then you are able to claim back from CPAM.
