Testicular cancer hits mainly younger men under 50 and as long as it is spotted quickly, "cure" (not a word commonly associated with cancer) is possible.
Around 96% of men diagnosed with testicular cancer in the UK are alive 10 years after diagnosis. France, according to the statistics published by INCa, also in July 2013, has a similar incidence and mortality. Below is the leaflet from Cancer Research which gives guidance on what to watch out for.
