The original of this document is produced by "CHIVA" in the Ariège. It explains what happens if you opt for Hospitalisation à Domicile (HAD) with the support of that particular hospital team. However, every HAD team operates on a similar basis so this should give an idea of what to expect wherever you are in France.

Please also see the attached document which has been translated by Andrea Long and the CSF team at Languedoc. The document was first published by the Ministry of Heath in Nov 07 but was updated July 17.

My husband and I used hospitalisation à domicile (HAD)or home care back in 2011. It is a wonderful service.
