During and after cancer treatment, with all the fatigue that brings, exercise may not be top of the list of things to do. However, it is proven that exercise can bring real benefits both physically and mentally.
After an operation, exercises may be vital to regain as quickly as possible muscle tone and movement.
Please post your exercise tips here, together with your experience, to assist those living with similar post-op and treatment problems.

You are right of course Penny - exercise is always good. However just having returned from the hospital and asked the urologist whether pelvic floor exercises are a good idea, he told us not for the moment. In fact, not for one month until everything is more or less [DV] back to normal. There is no doubt that exercises will have to be embarked upon in due course, but for what it is worth, this information is to help others who have had a radical prostatectomy cope with the post-operative problems.
